1. Promotion Overview
   1. Customers purchasing an Eligible Product during the Promotional Period and making a valid registration will be entitled to a refund of the price difference (“Refund”), if the products price drops below the original purchase price between 29th October 2025 to 2nd December 2025 (“Black Friday Campaign Period”).
      For example: if you purchase a qualifying product for £200 during the Promotional Period (29/10/25 – 18/11/25) and that product is reduced to £150 at any point during the Black Friday Campaign Period (29/10/25 – 02/12/25), you will be entitled to a Cashback Refund of £50.
   2. Eligible Products are those that meet the eligibility criteria set out below.
2. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man aged 18 or over.
   2. To qualify, customers must purchase an Eligible Product in the Black Friday Campaign from Currys in-store or online at Currys.co.uk during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
   3. Purchase made on Currys Business (business.currys.co.uk), Carphone Warehouse (carphonewarehouse.com), Currys eBay, iD Mobile (idmobile.co.uk) will not qualify.
   4. Eligible Product are those marked as “Our Lowest Ever Price” or “Black Friday & Beyond: Our Lowest Ever Price” in the Black Friday campaign.
   5. If you return the product, you will not qualify for this promotion.
   6. This promotion is only valid for Qualifying Purchases and excludes any additional costs such as delivery, installation, extended warranties, or other paid services such as mobile airtime plans, broadband and TV subscriptions.
3. Registration Requirements
   1. To participate in the promotion, customers must register their Qualifying Purchase by 25th November 2025 (the “Registration Date”) by visiting www.curryspriceguarantee.co.uk. During registration, customers will be required to provide:
      • Full name
      • Email address
      • Transaction ID (including details of where product was purchased from)
      • Proof of purchase (via a receipt upload)
   2. Registrations that are incomplete or incorrect will be deemed invalid.
   3. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of claims.
   4. The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. In the event that incorrect details, such as an invalid transaction ID, are submitted, the customer may be contacted to resubmit the correct information. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any failure to validate a registration due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Registrations that do not meet the required criteria will be deemed invalid.
   5. Registrations must be received by the Registration Date in accordance with the terms above. Any product registered after the Registration Date will be automatically disregarded.
4. Refund Process
   1. If the price of a Qualifying Purchase is reduced during the Black Friday Campaign Period (29/10/25 – 02/12/25), and the customer has validly registered by the Registration Date, they will be eligible for a Refund of the difference in the purchase price.
   2. Customers eligible for the Refund will be contacted via email from 8th December 2025 and asked to provide their UK bank account details by 22nd December 2025 to facilitate payment via BACS transfer. Refunds will be paid by Friday 9th January 2026.
   3. Failure to provide your bank details in accordance with 4.2 above will prevent you from taking part in the promotion.
   4. If a BACS refund attempt fails, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative refund method via cheque. If this arrangement is not completed, the Promoter shall not be held responsible for any failure to issue the refund.
   5. A Refund will only be issued if you comply with these terms and conditions.
   6. For purchases with flexpay credit, your refund will be credited to your bank account as provided. Cashback will not be credited to your flexpay account and as such your flexpay balance and monthly payments, including any applicable interest will not be adjusted. However, you can use the refund value to make an overpayment via your Creation Finance app or Online Account Manager.
5. General Conditions
   1. Internet access and a valid email address are required to register.
   2. Customers must retain their transaction ID and original itemised receipt to validate their claim.

   4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse any claim that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Unlimited entries per person during the Promotion Period. Each entry requires a single unique itemised receipt. Each unique itemised receipt must state the time and date of purchase, this must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of prizes that can claimed per person.
9. Instant Win Prizes and Winner Selection: During the Entry Period, the first 23,000 valid entries will be awarded a prize as per the breakdown below. Prizes will be randomly allocated via an independent third party.

10. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

    3. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
    4. If the winner chooses to be paid via a cheque, the cheque will be sent to the person named at the point of entry.
    5. Cheques must be banked within six months.

11. Winner Notification: Entrants will be instantly notified via the website mechanism to confirm the prize they have won. Provisional winners will be asked to confirm if they want to receive the cash prize by cheque or BACS. If they wish to receive the prize via BACS, they must supply the following information via the microsite:
    1. Bank account name
    2. Bank account number
    3. Sort code

    If they wish to receive the prize via cheque you must supply your postal address via the microsite. Provisional winners may be required to upload a clear and legible photo of their receipt and phone number onto the microsite at www.everyonesawinnercurrys.com within 14 days of the date of initial notification.

    In the event that a winner does not respond and/or provide the required information within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. All on-screen instructions must be followed, and all claims are subject to purchase verification. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements, will be void and invalid.

    All prize claims will be verified within 7 working days of receiving all required information. Once a provisional winner has been verified, they will then be confirmed as a winner and will be notified by email within 5 working days of verification. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email or phone call. We reserve the right to request to see your original receipt or online invoice. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. 12. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing everyoneisawinner@promo-support.com If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
13. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the £1,000, £10,000 and £100,000 winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be made available by sending a stamped addressed envelope with a valid personal email address to Currys Peak 23 Promotion, TBK agency, Unit 4.16 The Frames, Phipp Street, EC2A 4PS.
